The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) hereby informs that on December 8, 2015, the Company received a signed letter of intent regarding the purchase of an A-class office building with an area of ca. 18,000 sq.m. in a central location in Warsaw by the Issuer’s Group.

Purchasing the above property is aligned with the Issuer’s strategy, which assumes acquisitions of modern office spaces.
